This tall, decagonal building once housed lower class residents. They died out quickly during the apocalypse and the building was soon vacated by survivors, who formed a police-type community. Some of the apartment rooms on the lower floors have been turned into offices. Every person who wishes to enter the Projects are subject to a search and thorough questioning. The upper floors are currently used as apartments. Travelers may use these rooms after payment has been made. Extended stay in the projects is common. Most of them still have beds, blankets, clothing, and an abundance of pens and pencils. |
